'Mr.Invisible'

TM Vijay started his speech by saying  that Have you ever seen one of your friend’s photo appearing in news channels and newspapers, Last December, I was watching the news I was shocked to see one of my friend and colleague Vivek photo in CNN, and NDTV. Oh my god. The new headlines read – “Techie Shot dead in Hyderabad Vivek’s ambition was to become an IPS officer. He was toiling hard for the UPSC exams. When he failed for the second time, He was taken over by Mr invisible – who goes by the name Depression. As a result , he committed suicide. Friends, if you find one of your friends, family members with symptoms like Anxiety, Pessimism , Feeling of guilty or worthlessness, Feeling restless, difficulty concentrating , Sleeplessness ,Mood swings they need care and treatment. Mr. Invisible is not invincible. Depression can be cured. There are many ways to cure Depression like medicine, psychotherapy and other things like getting active and avoiding isolation. If not treated depression will cause problems in family, at work, it will affect the physical health of the person. In one such extreme case, an elderly couple - lost their prodigal son, a state ranker. Because no one was there to guide Vivek when it was needed, 2 sisters lost their brother; we all lost a cheerful colleague. Let’s not allow another Vivek succumbing because of depression.
